Our standard blocked drain clearing service includes:
- Attendance at the property

5. Pipe Relining Services
Pipe relining is a specialist trenchless repair method suitable for certain types of pipe damage. By engaging Drainr for a pipe relining assessment or works, you acknowledge:
- Relining suitability is determined after a CCTV inspection and assessment of the pipe condition, diameter and access
- Not all pipes are suitable for relining β our team will advise on alternatives where relining is not appropriate
- Pipe relining is priced by scope and quoted individually based on pipe length, access, diameter and damage type
- The stated liner life (up to 50 years) is based on manufacturer specifications under normal operating conditions and is not an unconditional warranty
- You authorise access to the property and relevant drainage infrastructure required to carry out the assessment and works
6. Client Responsibilities
As our client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the drainage issue and property access
- Ensure safe access to the property and relevant drain points at the agreed time

- We accept payment by card, bank transfer or agreed invoice terms for strata and property management clients
- Outstanding invoices may attract late payment fees at our discretion
- Disputed invoices must be raised within 7 days of the invoice date
8. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment
- Late cancellations (under 4 hours) or no-shows may attract a call-out fee to cover travel and time
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to operational requirements, emergencies or weather conditions, with reasonable notice provided where possible
